Kathi help find my family and I our first home! She was great, proactive, even kept in touch while she was away on a family trip! We had some speed bumps in our process (none by her, was the sellers agent that had the issues). The sellers agent was SO BAD and Kathi ended up doing some of the paperwork FOR HER just to push her in completing stuff! She also continues to check in with my family and I after almost 6 months! If you want someone in your corner who pushes to get things done. She is the one! Could not be happier!
